When you place an order your delivery address and products are confirmed with our shipping software.  If you placed an order in error, please reach out to us within 48 hours by email in order to get a full refund and cancellation. After this 48 hours has passed there will be cancellation fees. Please allow a 5 day period for your custom prescription lenses to be completed by our lab technicians. Once your order is complete and ready to ship out, we will send you a confirmation and tracking number.


Free shipping only applies to US and Canadian residents. All other International orders may be subject to tax and handling charges on delivery. Tax rates are based on the rate of your country. 


In the unlikely event that you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you need to let us know within 5 working days from delivery. If your product develops a noticeable problem at any time, just get in touch and we’ll help you find a solution. Regarding our lenses, we offer 6 month guarantee on any lens defect. Please also note that each pair of frames are manufactured with real wood and therefore implies that all pair of frames are unique and will carry variation on the wooden temples or frames. 


We never share or sell your personal information to any third party. Your details are only used to contact you about your order. You can opt to receive our newsletter emails by signing up on our site or at the checkout after placing an order. Your credit card information is never stored.
