Shipping and Returns


The below policy is for online orders made in the US and Canada only as we do not ship abroad.

PROTAGONIST will gladly accept returns for any non-prescription* or Standard Single Vision prescription lens order* within 10 calendar days of delivery. The return must be sent back to PROTAGONIST within 28 days of requesting the return label.

The item(s) must have been purchased directly from PROTAGONISTEYEWEAR.COM and be unused and free of all damage. All original packaging must be intact (Tin and sleeve). 

Due to the highly customized nature of personalized prescriptions, orders with any chargeable upgrade** types are final sale and non-refundable.

*Non-prescription or Standard single-vision prescription lens orders are subject to a $30 USD restocking fee. 

**Upgrades include but are not limited to; Blue light filtering protection, Light responsive protection and/or 1.67 high-index lens, 1.74 Ultra high-index lens add-ons.

 

RETURN SHIPPING:

Return Shipping is on us! Simply send us an email to returns@protagonisteyewear.com to initiate your return request!

The email should have as subject: RETURN - [Full name] + [Order number]

Example: RETURN - James Charles Brown #PV-1005

Once we receive it, it can take 1-2 business days to review and approve. Once approved, we’ll email you the free return shipping label.

Simply put the package inside and send it to any nearby post office.

 

PROTAGONIST reserves the right to refuse transactions, shipments and returns on all protagonisteyewear.com orders.
